Philadelphia, PA - March 18, 2010 - Penn AC Boat Club announced an agreement to team with Bob Kaehler (Coach Kaehler) for the Penn AC Gold Junior Summer Program. Penn AC Gold, an intensive and competitive summer rowing program for male, junior level high school athletes, will be partnering with Bob Kaehler, a three-time U.S. Olympian and four-time World Rowing Champion. Kaehler (Coach Kaehler) will provide his signature Body Balance presentation, individual Body Balance evaluations and a group training session for camp participants. The Penn AC Gold program runs from June 9th through July 19th, 2010.
"I am very pleased to bring Coach Kaehler's knowledge and experience to the 2010 Penn AC Gold Camp," said Patrick Rufo, Program Director and Head Coach of Penn AC Gold.
"As a strength and conditioning coach, I am inspired by Coach Kaehler's knowledge of muscle imbalances and how he is changing the way coaches train their athletes. His experience as an Olympic athlete, physical therapist and an athletic / strength trainer will benefit all the athletes who train and compete for Penn AC Gold."
Included in the cost of the camp, the following services will be provided at Penn AC Gold:
